After a 3 day jury trial in Cause No. CA-08-011 in the County Court at Law No. 2 of Parker County, Texas, I prevailed against two different attorneys suing my client, an individual judt like you, and I won an award for my client on a counterclaim that included exemplary damages.

Rolen v. LVNV Funding, LLC, No. 2-09-304-CV, 2010 WL 1633402 (Tex.App.–Fort Worth, April 22, 2010, no pet.). After the trial court below granted judgment in favor of a creditor against a debtor, the debtor hired me. I persuaded the appellate court to reverse that judgment.

Dallas-Fort Worth Intern. Airport Public Facility Imp. Corp. v. Banks, No. 2-09-176-CV, 2010 WL 87865 (Tex.App.–Fort Worth January 7, 2010, pet. denied). I prevailed against an appeal of a victory I obtained in my client’s slip & fall case all the way up to the Texas Supreme Court.
